Rates for autograph authentication

We offer 2 services for the authentication of your signatures.
(Please note that autographed items measuring 2.5″ x 3.5″ or less such as cards, cuts, stickers etc. will be automatically encapsulated in our cases for graded cards, the price is the same as the basic certificate. For these items, go to the card grading section and choose the Authentication only service).
Certificate of authenticity
Your item and the certificate (3’’x3’’) will both receive a serial number. Your item information can be verified online on our website.
The certificate includes basic text explaining that your signature(s) is/are authentic.
Rates
1 signature – $20
Multiple signatures on the same item:
$20 each for the first 2, and $3 each for the others.
For example, the cost for a jersey signed by 12 people will be as follow: (2x$20) + (10x$3) = $70.
These prices apply assuming you know who signed your item. Otherwise, a fee of $75/hour is added to carry out the searches (without guarantee of results). If you do not want searches to be carried out, only known signatures will be authenticated and we will enter the number of unknown signatures in our database.
The letter of authenticity
Your item and the letter (8.5”x11”) will both receive a serial number. Your item information can be verified online on our website.
The letter includes a description of your item, photos and the name of the person(s) who signed. All printed on anti-counterfeiting paper.
This option is often used for items of good value or with multiple signatures.
Rates
1 signature – $40
Multiple signatures on the same item:
$40 each for the first 2, and $4 each for the others.
For example, the cost for a jersey signed by 12 people will be as follow: (2x$40) + (10x$4) = $120.
These prices apply assuming you know who signed your item. Otherwise, a fee of $75/hour is added to carry out the searches (without guarantee of results). If you do not want searches to be carried out, only known signatures will be authenticated and we will enter the number of unknown signatures on the letter of authenticity as well as in our database.
Return costs (transport, handling and taxes included)
Please note that these return costs apply to Quebec only. If you are from outside, contact us for prices before placing your order.
Small items (8×10 photo, card, puck, ball, book, cap, etc.) – $20
Medium items (16×20 photo, jersey, shoe, skate, hockey glove, helmet, soccer ball, basketball, or football, etc.) – $30
Large items (hockey stick, baseball bat, leg pad, guitar, etc.) – $50
If your item is larger, please contact us for pricing.
Note : If you have several items, you are charged 100% for the largest one and 10% for all others.
For example, you have a hockey stick and 2 photos:
The stick is $50 and the photos are $2 each for a total of $54.
Optional insurance: First $100 of value free + $2.60 per $100 of additional value (Maximum $5,000 of insurance). The receipt signature becomes mandatory when the insured value reaches $200, and costs $2.00.
What happens if my signatures are not authentic?
If we believe that one or more of the signatures on your item are not authentic, your item will be returned to you with a letter indicating that we cannot authenticate it.
