How to send your cards safely

Here's what we suggest to collectors when sending items or cards so there are no damage occurs during transport in order to ensure that the evaluation is not affected. We want you to have a pleasant experience and this begins with well-protected items during transport.

This process applies whether you send regular-sized 35pt-cards (between 1 to 4 regular cards) or one thick 135pt-card (Patch).

1 - To prepare your shipment, you will need the following (see illustration):

- Bubble envelope
- 2 pieces of cardboard 3.5 inches X 5 inches
- Protective toploader or penny-sleeve, tape and scissors

2 - Insert your card (s) in the protective plastic and then insert them between the two cardboards (see illustration).

3 - Apply tape to maintain the cardboard in place (see illustration).

4 - Insert the order form and the pack of cards in the envelope and seal it (see illustration). Do not forget your return address in the upper left corner.

If you have more than 5 cards you can use a larger envelope or box. To avoid your cards from being damaged, we strongly suggest you to use padding inside, to prevent knocks on the walls of the box. It can be shredded paper or newspaper or packaging pellets.

Note : This method of shipping is only a suggestion. You are free to use the method that suits you. Whatever method you use, be sure there is no possibility of damage during transport.
